REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS- RURAL LOUISIANA ORGANIZER

LCRF is hiring a short-term Rural Community Organizer to recruit participants for its new statewide Legacy Trust training program. The organizer will identity strong advocates in rural Louisiana, with 50% of efforts focused on Shreveport-Bossier. Over 12 weeks, the contractor will deliver a statewide outreach plan, a vetted list of 10-15 candidates, weekly recruitment logs, and a brief report identifying organizations and leaders who could support a future Shreveport-area affiliate. Proposals must include relevant organizing experience, a concrete outreach strategy, and a project fee.
